Dewa Athena

I want to tell about my experience for participate in dewa athena. Dewa Athena is a sport competition that have been held for a long time in SMAN 3 Bandung. Maybe in others school they call it "porak". But in SMAN 3 we have Dewa Athena or sometimes we call it Dewath

On Saturday at 25^th March 2017 and 1^st April 2017. SMAN 3 Bandung held some sport competitions. There were 9 competitions, basketball (for boys), badminton (for boys and girls), futsal (for boys and girls), volleyball (for each class), tarik tambang, gobak sodor, and relay running (for each class). When we played in Dewa Athena we had to wore our jersey.

On the first day, I played tarik tambang, futsal, and volleyball. Alhamdulillah my classmate and I won tarik tambang, futsal, and volleyball. We were so happy to won that competition. Why?? Because our purpose to played that competition was we didn’t pay the fine. The fine was Rp 100.000, expensive enough right?? So, we didn’t have to pay the fine and we won the competition yeayyy. Be sides that, my class won gobak sodor competition. And, boys from my classmate play basketball and futsal. But, I didn’t watch it so I didn’t were they defeated or won hehehe.

On the second day, I played tarik tambang, badminton, and volleyball. Alhamdulillah we won tarik tambang and volleyball competition. But I defeated the badminton competition L. But I have to accepted this J. Be sides that, my classmate played relay running, futsal, and, gobak sodor. Alhamdulillah we won relay running and gobak sodor.

The last day of Dewa Athena is on 8^th of April. In the last day we have to play tarik tambang, volleyball, relay running, and gobak sodor. In that day we have to compete our senior to  determine who is the winner of the competition. But before that, we have to join a program named “Paman Gober”. Paman Gober is a program from SMAN 3 Bandung, first we wil cycling and the we will plant some trees.

I’m so excited to participate in that competition. I hope my class can win all the competition hehehe. I think this is the end of my story thank you for read my story hehehe. Byeeee…

Learn from Nature

            When we talked about nature, maybe we will think about beautiful view, fresh air, clean water, and others thing of nature. We can find nature everyday and everywhere. Because we need nature, like we have to breath every time so we need air so much. And, imagine when you can’t find clean water for drink maybe we just can be alive for 3-5 days.

            So what we have do to take care of nature? We can do a lot of thing to take care of it. First, we just have to throw away your garbage to the garbage bin. It’s just a little thing but some people still throw away their garbage everywhere. Second, we can plant some tree in our yard or you can do reforestation. It can increase oxygen in our earth and make this earth beautiful again. Third, change our bad habit. Like turn off the lamp when it doesn’t needed anymore, and others bad habit. That’s just some example things that we can do to take care our nature. So what we have done to nature?

            We can get a lot of things from nature too. In nature, we can get some foods and medicines. if we want to eat some foods or we need some medicines we have to search it first, it can’t instantly come to our house. But, in this period we can find some foods and medicines in supermarket or traditional market. And, we can get some materials to make our house but remember don’t cut too much tree if it just for make a house. And the most important thing that we get from nature is fresh air. Even the airs in this period are not too fresh anymore but we still can breath every time.

            Nature, if we see the others side of nature you can learn from animals or plants. First lesson from nature is we have to be brave. If we are not brave to do some new thing, we just have to wait when we will die. We have to learn this lesson from bird, imagine if bird can’t fly or swim maybe in the next day some lion will eat them or it will die in starvation. And another lesson that we can get from nature is love yourself and be grateful. God must be have some purpose for make this nature. For make this nature beautiful, there must be have some different from each others. So, let's live together with nature.

Hiii guys today is the first day of school in 2017. How about your holiday in 2016 hehehe. Now, I will tell you about my holiday. Honestly, I’m just lay in my bed. But, at 28^th of December 2016 I went to my grandmother house in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. I leaved from Bandung at 1 a.m. with my father and my sister because my mom is already there. Now I will start the story about my holiday in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta.

Yess, I always spend my holiday in Yogyakarta. why?? Because my father and my mother are from there. Sometimes I feel bored because I never spend my holiday except Yogyakarta. But now, I’m feel happy to go there. You can find anything you want in Yogyakarta.  Food??  Theme park??  Beach?? Mountain??. I recommend you to go here hehehe. I have some review about tourist attraction in Yogyakarta you can scroll my blog. It’s about my favorite place. Oww sorry I forgot to tell you about my holiday hehehe.

Okeyy, I leaved Bandung at 1 a.m. why?? Because at 1 a.m. there’s no traffic jam in Bandung like you are the owner of the road. And, finally I arrived in my grandmother house at 6 p.m.. I stayed I Yogyakarta for 3 days. 

In the first day, I went to my cousin house in Wonogiri. When I spent my holiday there I feel so bored because I didn’t go anywhere I just stayed in my grandmother house. In new year eve, I just spent my time with my phone scrolled timeline, opened instagram and see my friends who celebrated the new year eve with fireworks.But, even I can’t saw some fireworks in new year eve, I can spent my time with my beloved family. Because in the weekdays we can’t spend our time like this. We cooked together, laughed together, and others.At 1^st of January 2017 I leaved from Yogyakarta at 6 a.m.. hehehe. I can't tell you what I did when I was on my way toYogyakarta and to Bandung. Because I just sleep hehehe. 

In Bandung I spent my holiday in my bed again. I watched some anime hehehe. The anime is about 3 girls that work in a cafe named Rabbit house. They have 4 bestfriend that are so funny. i reccomend you to watch this. 

Iqbal Masih

Iqbal Masih (Urdu: اقبال مسیح‎; 1983 - 16 April 1995) was a Pakistani child who became a symbol of abusive child labour in the developing world.


Childhood

Iqbal Masih was born in 1983 in Muridke, a commercial city outside of Lahore in Punjab, Pakistan. At age four, he was sold into bondage by his family. Iqbal's family borrowed 600 rupees (less than $6.00) from a local employer who owned a carpet weaving business, and in return, Iqbal was required to work as a carpet weaver until the debt was paid off. Every day, he would rise before dawn and make his way along dark country roads to the factory, where he and most of the other children were tightly bound with chains to prevent escape. He would work 12 hours a day, seven days a week, with only a 30-minute break, paid 3 cents a day for the loan, but no matter what Iqbal did the loan just got bigger and bigger. Iqbal stood less than 4 feet tall and weighed only 20kg.


Escape and activism

At the age of 10, Iqbal escaped his slavery, after learning that bonded labour was declared illegal by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He was caught by police brought back to Arshad, who told the police to tie him upside down if he tried to escape again. Iqbal escaped a second time and he attended the Bonded Labour Liberation Front (BLLF) School for former child slaves and quickly completed a four-year education in only two years.Iqbal helped over 3,000 Pakistani children that were in bonded labour to escape to freedom and made speeches about child labour throughout the world.





When Ehsan met Iqbal the boy was shy and afraid, but Khan realized he had many things to say.


He expressed a desire to become a lawyer to better equip him to free bonded labourers, and he began to visit other countries includingSweden and the United States to share his story, encouraging others to join the fight to eradicate child slavery.


In 1994 he received the Reebok Human Rights Award in Boston and in his acceptance speech he said: "I am one of those millions of children who are suffering in Pakistan through bonded labour and child labour, but I am lucky that due to the efforts of Bonded Labour Liberation Front (BLLF), I go out in freedom I am standing in front of you here today. After my freedom, I join BLLF School and I am studying in that school now. For us slave children Ehsan Ullah Khan and BLLF have done the same work that Abraham Lincoln did for the slaves of America. Today, you are free and I am free too.


Death


Iqbal was fatally shot in Muridke, Pakistan on 16 April 1995, shortly after returning from a trip to the U.S. He was 12 years old at the time. Some say that he was shot by a farmer, some say that he was murdered because of his influence over bonded labour.His funeral was attended by approximately 800 mourners. The Little Hero: One Boy's Fight for Freedom tells the story of his legacy.

Favorite Place

Hi it’s Dwi again hehehe. Now i will tell you about..... jejejengggg hahaha sorry for make you wait. Yeah now i will tell you about my favorite place. My favorite place is Yogyakarta, especially Gunung Kidul. Because, my grandmother house was there hehehe. Have you ever go there??? That place was cool especially for food. Some food in Gunung Kidul are delicious and cheap. I think that i can taste all food in Gunung Kidul. And, people in Yogyakarta are funny i like to talk with them hehehe.

Okey why i like Gunung Kidul?? Because in Gunung Kidul you can go to a lot of tourist attractions. You can go to waterfall, cave, beach, montain, and other beautiful places. You can see the map under this text.

But, i’m just want to tell you about 3 beach that i have been visited them. First, i will tell you about Baron Beach. Baron Beach is very beautiful. Beside this beach is a beautiful big rock. Wahhhh it’s so beautifull especially if you see this view from that big rock. Uwahhh it’s a little bit scary but, you can see a wonderful view. See the wave moving and crush some people hahaha that was cool. Like the wave is playing bowling. And the pinball are the people. Hehehe okey forget about my joke. When my family and i go there, we just spent 2 hours there. Why?? Because there was a lot of fisherman boat, it was smell fishy. Because, there was a lot of fisherman boat.

Now, i will tell you the second beach. The second beach is Drini beach. This beach is also beautiful. When my family and i go here, holiday for some school and some office was end. So, the beach is sooooooo quite. Like this beach was our private beach hahaha. oww in Drini Beach there was some fisherman boat too but it wasn’t smell fishy. I don’t know why it can be different with Baron beach.

I have a bad experience at Drini Beach. So, when my family and i arrived at Drini Beach i felt so happy. I wanted to played with beach’s water. But, when my family and i arrived the beach was susided. So, i can’t find some water. So i decide to go forward, but i didn’t realized that there was a big wave. And, i just stood there saw the wave came. But, my father held my hand and pulled my hand to the safe area quickly. I just wanted to cry because my slippers was lost. :’( okey it’s not about the slippers it’s about my life. Maybe if my father didn’t helped me L i can’t write this story on my blog, i can’t meet my family, my friends, my crush anymore. L maybe now i’m still drowned in the centre of the ocean and nobody can find me L. Thank you my father you saved my life. I love you, i need your help so please don’t go stay here with me, with our family. Keep your health, and don’t get too tired okeyy.

Okey continue to the third beach. The third beach is Indrayanti beach. This beach is beautiful too. A lot of people recommend this beach. So, my family and i decided to go there hehehe. Wahhhh, it was so beautiful. And i like this beach, why??? Because there was some good facilities. So, we can spend our time there comfortably. When my family and i wanted to went back to home, my sister and i decided to took some picture. You can see my photo under this text hehehe

Ahaaa i have a recommended place for you. It’s like Bukit Bintang in Bandung but it’s located in Gunung Kidul hehehe. It’s called Bukit Pathuk. Here, you can see a wonderful view like in Bukit Bintang in Bandung. You can see the view under this text hehehe.

One hot day, an ant was searching for some water. After walking around for some time, she came to a spring. To reach the spring, she had to climb up a blade of grass. While making her way up, she slipped and fell into the water.


She could have drowned if a dove up a nearby tree had not seen her. Seeing that the ant was in trouble, the dove quickly plucked a leaf and dropped it into the water near the struggling ant. The ant moved towards the leaf and climbed up onto it. Soon, the leaf drifted to dry ground, and the ant jumped out. She was safe at last.


Just at that time, a hunter nearby was about to throw his net over the dove, hoping to trap it.


Guessing what he was about to do, the ant quickly bit him on the heel. Feeling the pain, the hunter dropped his net. The dove was quick to fly away to safety.
